Living and working in a rapidly changing world, Village Network staff must constantly learn new and sharpen existing skills to continue to help children and their families.

Foster parents and child care staff must meet rigorous training requirements. Our clinical staff, as well, is expected to know and use "state-of-the-art" treatment techniques.

As a leader in the field of treatment services for youth, The Village Network has a responsibility when working with children and families to share new skills and techniques.
