4/30/2010 - 2010-2011 Glick-Zedak Scholarship Application Deadline

In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must be a current resident, currently in foster care or alum of The Village Network.
Application packages must be submitted by April 30, 2010 to:

Enclose all following items in your application package. (Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.)
1. Application: 4 pages, fully completed, typed or printed and signed. Print application
2. Essay: Typed or printed on 8 ½ by 11 piece of paper - not to exceed 2 pages.
3. Three (3) Recommendations: Recommendation forms can be submitted in sealed envelopes with recommender's signature written across the seal with the application packet. Or recommender can complete this online Scholarship Recommendation form.
